Retainer Package FAQs
Our retainer packages provide ongoing design and development support tailored to your business needs. Instead of managing one-off projects, you’ll have consistent access to our team for updates, new designs, and long-term optimization.

What’s included?
Print Materials eg. brochures/flyers, posters, stationery, business cards

1 meeting call a month to review projects
Minimum Commitment
3-month minimum commitment. At the end of 3 months, we will re-evaluate your package to ensure that the number of hours is adequate for your needs.
Each retainer includes a set number of hours per week. We will let you know if the work assigned that week exceeds the allocated hours to give you a choice to prioritize any deadlines. Any overage hours will be invoiced at our standard hourly rate of $65/hour at the beginning of the next month.
How do I know which package is best for me?
If you're unsure about which package is best for you, fill in the form below and we’ll get in touch to arrange a call to work out what would best fit your requirements. The option to upgrade or downgrade is available after the initial 3 months.
Can I ask for more design support if needed?
Of course! We will let you know if the work assigned that week exceeds the allocated hours. Any overage hours will be charged at our standard hourly rate of $80/hour on the invoice for that month.

Unused Hours
Unused hours expire at the end of each week. This is to ensure that we can allocate time for your projects each week and plan our workload accordingly.
Payments
You will receive an invoice on the first day of each month to be paid by the 10th of the month. The invoice will include the monthly retainer rate for that month and any additional charges from the previous month.
Can I cancel my retainer?
After the minimum 3-month commitment, you can cancel, upgrade or downgrade depending on your requirements. At the end of the 3 months, we will have a chat to see what you need for the next 3-month commitment to make sure you're getting the best!
